2. The City of Yorba Linda takes seriously any complaint received from the public regarding fraud, waste, or abuse on the part of City employees or contractors. Citizens, business owners, employees, or contractors can report suspected incidents of fraud, waste, or abuse through the City's fraud hotline at (714) 961-7115 or by filling out the form below.
   
   Providing contact information is entirely optional. All suspected incidents of fraud are investigated by the City Manager and the Finance Director and are reported to the City Council's Finance Committee and periodically to the entire City Council through a staff report placed on the Council's agenda.
