  2. HOW TO COMPLETE THE ORDER FORM:

    1. Type in contact information.

    2. Select quantity of flags to order.

    3. Submit your order by clicking "submit."

    4. After you submit your order, you will be redirected to the City of Yorba Linda's Payment Portal, https://dpm.bankofthewest.com/ebpp/yorbalindaca/, where you can complete payment.

    5. Once payment is verified, you will be contacted with the status of your order.

  3. PAYMENT PROCESS

    -Price: Flags $35/each 

    -Payment for the total purchase price of flags is required to complete the application process.

    -Payments are accepted online (see Online Payment Instructions), or by mailing or walking in your completed application and payment to:

  4. ONLINE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Upon completion of the order form, applicants will be directed to the City of Yorba Linda's online Payment Portal.

    2. Enter "City Flag Program" into both the "Reference Number" and "Confirm Reference Number" fields.

    3.Click the green "Pay Now" button.

    4. Enter your contact information.

    5. Enter in the Payment Amount (total of order).

    6. Select Division Name: Option "4-Other"

    7. Select the blue "Add A Payment Method Link"

    8. Complete the payment method fields and click the green "add" button.

    9. Click the green "Continue to Payment" button and complete the on screen payment instructions.
