What happens if I forgot my password?

If you are using Tyler Identity for your username/password and forgot your password, you can reset it by selecting “Select Forgot Password” on the sign-in screen. Please note, you will receive an e-mail from noreply@identity.tylerportico.com with a link to reset your password. If you do not see this e-mail in a few minutes, please check your SPAM/Junk folder. If you forgot your password to one of the other login providers (Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Facebook), please follow that provider’s password reset instructions.
