The Landscape Maintenance Assessment District continues to complete high-impact infill projects around Yorba Linda. The latest project to be completed, the Village Center Drive Slope Restoration Project, included installing a water-saving drip irrigation system with ET-based irrigation controllers. A climate-adapted plant palette with a variety of leaf textures, colors, and flowers will provide interest all year. This project included installing (28) 24” Box Marina Strawberry Trees and White Crape Myrtles. The LMAD used spray-to-drip conversion grant funds to pay for the irrigation updates and save money for the local zone.
