The filing period for non-incumbents for the office of Yorba Linda City Council Member has been extended. Interested residents must file nomination papers for the General Municipal Election by the new deadline of Wednesday, August 17 at 5:00 p.m.

The filing period has been extended beyond the initial August 12 deadline after one or more incumbents did not file nomination papers. The filing period for incumbents is now closed.

The General Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Two of the five City Council Member seats will be included on the ballot to be elected to serve a four-year term.
