The neighboring cities of Yorba Linda and Placentia, along with the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD), are partnering to develop a comprehensive Active Transportation Plan (ATP).
The ATP will incorporate needed pedestrian and bicycle improvements, Safe Routes to School (SRTS) plans, and an updated Master Plan of Trails (including equestrian trails). This bi-city ATP is needed to add and connect infrastructure for safer, more accessible walking and biking for school children, families, residents, and visitors.
