Risk Management

The Risk Management Division is responsible for protecting City employees and assets. Additionally, Risk Management insures City of Yorba Linda property and facilities and requires proof of insurance from groups, contractors, consultants, and companies doing business with the City of Yorba Linda.

The Risk Management Division facilitates the following:

  • Procurement of City Insurance and Review of Contract Insurance
  • Workers' Compensation Claims Administration
  • General Liability Claims Administration (Claims for Damages)  
  • Disability Claims Administration
  • Safety/Loss Control and Compliance of Workers' Compensation, Unemployment, and COBRA
