The new city website, launched in March 2018, elevates the digital experience for the Yorba Linda community and drastically changes how quickly and efficiently our community accesses City information. Based on resident feedback, we have updated the website with a flowing and vertical design to improve readability and navigation. The menus now focus on City services so users don’t need to be versed in City departments and structure to find what they’re looking for.
Designed from the ground up with our users in mind, the new website delivers quick access to the most sought after links, an enhanced search feature, a centrally managed calendar function, headline news articles, the ability to subscribe for notifications via email and/or SMS, and much more! Citizens can also report a need for service or repairs in the City through the new Citizen Request Tracker®. Every page on the new website has been updated to provide the most current and relevant information and to ensure ADA compliance and accessibility. The new site is also optimized for viewing on smartphones and tablets and integrates with the City’s new social media accounts, inviting easy participation to the City’s online community.
