summer volunteen program
The Summer Volunteen Program provides a mentorship and leadership training program for Yorba Linda teens ages 14-17 years old interested in enhancing life and work skills and gaining on-the-job training. This program provides the opportunity for teens to work side by side with Recreation staff in our summer programs and camps. If your teen is looking to get involved in their community, make a difference in recreation programs and earn community service credit, then this is the right program. Volunteens are needed for the following programs:

Teen Volunteer Opportunities
Teen Action Committee
The Yorba Linda Teen Action Committee program is a leadership-based volunteer organization designed for seventh and eighth grade middle school students who live or attend a public or private school in Yorba Linda. Teen Action Committee members will participate in a variety of community service projects as well as assist in planning and implementing city-sponsored events.
