BOARD GAME NIGHT
Date: Friday, April 21
Time: 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Location: Thomas Lasorda Jr. Field House
Cost: Free
Come out and join us for a game night playing a variety of oversized and regular-size board games, including Jenga, Uno, Monopoly, and more! Light refreshments will be served.
teen nerf night
Date: Friday, May 5
Time: 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Location: Yorba Linda Middle School
Cost: $10 per person
Teens ages 10-13 years old are invited to battle it out with a nerf night! The Middle School Soccer Field will be transformed into a battleground of fun! Participants must provide their own nerf gun and protective eyewear while we will provide the nerf darts. Pre-registration is required.
MOVIE NIGHT
Date: Friday, May 19
Time: 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Location: Thomas Lasorda Jr. Field House
Cost: $10 per person
A night out for teens with trivia, dinner, and a movie! Bring a lawn chair, bean bag, or blanket, and get ready for some fun!
Sports Night
Date: Friday, June 2
Time: 5:30 - 8:00 p.m.
Location: Thomas Lasorda Jr. Field House
Cost: Free
Teens are invited to join us for the new Sports Night! Activities include Volleyball, Basketball, Pickleball, and Indoor Soccer. Dinner and Sports Trivia will take place at halftime.

SUMMER VOLUNTEEN PROGRAM
The Summer Volunteen Program provides a mentorship and leadership training program for Yorba Linda teens ages 14-17 years old interested in enhancing life and work skills and gaining on-the-job training. This program provides the opportunity for teens to work side by side with Recreation staff in our summer programs and camps. If your teen is looking to get involved in their community, make a difference in recreation programs and earn community service credit, then this is the right program. Volunteens are needed for the following programs:
- Summer Youth Programs
- Spike Time Volleyball
- Adventure Playground

Teen Action Committee
The Yorba Linda Teen Action Committee program is a leadership-based volunteer organization designed for seventh and eighth-grade middle school students who live or attend a public or private school in Yorba Linda. Teen Action Committee members will participate in a variety of community service projects as well as assist in planning and implementing City-sponsored events.

Community Volunteer Program
The program is designed to assist Yorba Linda residents in grades 9 to 12 to complete their community service requirements and give them an opportunity to get involved in their community. The Yorba Linda Community Volunteer Program is not designed for individuals who must serve court-ordered community service.
