Teen Movie Night

Teens are invited to enjoy a night out to celebrate Halloween with friends! Get into the holiday spirit and come dressed in your Halloween costume while you watch The Nightmare Before Christmas on a 20 ft inflatable screen. Pizza, popcorn and drinks included. Youth empowerment service day

Students in Grades 6-12 are invited to donate their time by creating pet blankets, toys and care packages for the Orange County Animal Shelter. All students who attend the Youth Empowerment Service Day and bring in a new bag of food or other pet supply ($10 or more in value) will be entered into a raffle to win a $50 Amazon gift card. Pre-registration is required online at YLRecOnline.com.

Teen Volunteer Opportunities

Teen Action Committee

The Yorba Linda Teen Action Committee program is a leadership based volunteer organization designed for 7th and 8th grade middle school students who live or attend a public or private school in Yorba Linda. Teen Action Committee members will participate in a variety of community service projects as well as assist in planning and implementing city-sponsored events.
