City Standard Plans
The City has developed the standard construction details below for certain types of projects which may be utilized by applicants for a building permit. When using these standards, the services of an engineer or architect for the design and details of construction will not be required, but the standards must be followed exactly as presented. Should an applicant wish to change materials, methods, or dimensions from those presented in the standard handout, the design services of a registered engineer or architect would be required.
