The current General Industrial Storm Water Permit went into effect on July 1, 2015. All manufacturing and processing businesses must verify if they need to enroll for coverage under the new Industrial General Permit through the State Water Board Storm Water Multiple Application and Report Tracking System (SMARTS) website.
