Council Meeting Agendas & Minutes

The agenda is the first order of business for each City Council meeting and contains a description of each item and the recommended action by City staff. The City Clerk's Office publishes a Council Agenda package consisting of the agenda, staff reports, and associated attachments as a service to the community and posts the agenda the week prior to the City Council Meeting in compliance with the Brown Act.

City council meeting recaps

City Council Recaps are posted to the City website following each meeting to briefly summarize and highlight topics from the City Council Meeting agenda.  Recaps are provided by City staff as a public service and are not an official record of Council action. The official record of approved minutes from each meeting will be approved at the following meeting and be available for viewing thereafter.  The latest recap is posted to the Latest News section of the website.  Past recaps can be viewed in the Archive Center.
